The appeal filed by quarterback Tom Brady before the NFL did not pay off, as the League confirmed through a statement that the four-game suspension imposed two months ago by the case of “Deflategate” will remain, thanks to the suspension of Brady, substitute Jimmy Garoppolo will step up until October 18, when the winner of four Super Bowl rings, will see action again, the Patriots QB will miss the matches against Pittsburgh Steelers, Buffalo Bills, Dallas Cowboys and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Brady met with the independent investigator, Ted Wells that same day, Tom Brady’s agent, Don Yee defined the appeal process as “a farce”, and said Goodell “could not ensure a fair trial” by ratifying the four-game suspension for the quarterback.
Brady acknowledged in his testimony that he was aware of the application of researchers to access information before the phone was destroyed, it was reported in the decision on the appeal.
After what happened in the past final of the AFC, the NFL will implement new measures to control the pressure of the balls during games for the 2015 season, the pressure of the balls before the start of the meetings will be recorded and then random revisions at halftime and at the end of the game will be implemented.
The minimum limit allowed remains, 12.5 pounds per square inch and the maximum is 13.5. If the ball is inflated out of these measures it will be adjusted to 13 psi immediately, the new policy would not affect the preparation of the balls in the pregame week, this means that quarterbacks can prepare the ovoid before delivering for Friday before the games.
