The 2019 ACC Tournament, which this year takes place at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina, begins on Tuesday, March 12, with the championship game taking place on Saturday, March 16.
Although the North Carolina Tar Heels (+300) and the Duke Blue Devils (+150) could very well win this tournament, Virginia (+125) is the favorite to win the ACC tournament title. If that happens, the Cavaliers will make a very strong case to lock the No.1 overall seed in the NCAA tournament.
