Over bettors on NFL action cashed in on 9 of the 15 games played last week starting on Thursday Night Football when the Colts and the Titans put up a total of 57 points, 14.5 points over the given 42.5.
On Sunday we saw the Jets and the Bills score 51 points when their O&U was only 39.5 and then the Ravens at Chicago game went over by just 3 points and the Browns and Bengals went way over scoring 61 total points, over by 21!
In the closest game of the day, Over & Under wise, the Cardinals beat the Jaguars by a final score of 27-14 scoring just one little point over the 40 total.
Then we had the Raiders and the Texans whose O&U went off at 41. Even with lack luster performances on both sides of the ball, Oakland and Houston managed to score 10 over the prediction and the Over won again.
When the Lions and the Steelers went off with an O&U of 45 it attracted a lot of attention. Big Ben has not been himself this season but, he is still capable of putting up a lot of points and Matt Stafford for Detroit is proving himself to be one of the premier young quarterbacks in the league. Still and all, the Steelers managed to put up 14 points in the fourth quarter and beat the Lions 37-27. Those 64 total points were 19 over the given number.
Then we had the Falcons and the Buccaneers going off with an O&U of 44. Atlanta continued to flounder down in Tampa and managed just 13 points in the first three quarters of play. The Bucs came within 3 points of making the Over all by themselves by scoring 41 points to the Falcons 28, a whopping 25 points Over.
The struggling Minnesota Vikings traveled out to the West Coast to take on the Seattle Seahawks in one of the loudest venues in the league. The Over & Under for the game was at 45.5 but Seattle almost matched that number alone as they defeated the Vikings by a final score of 41-20, going 15.5 points over.
So far this football season the Over is 87-72-3 which comes out to a 54.7% win rate for the Over. When taking a close look at whose is turning in the most Overs, we find the Minnesota Vikings whose games have gone over 8 of 10 times. Only the Broncos and the Rams have had as many over games as the Vikings.
