Most of us are still trying to figure out computers. It seems like every time we start to get a grip on the situation somebody comes out with a brand new ‘upgrade’ and we have to start figuring it out all over again. That happened to me a lot at first but I am finally starting to get the hang of how to keep this thing running and happy.

However, if the computer that you are using has not had a routine cleaning out of the cookie cache, it can cause the thing to run slow… which will in turn cause you to fall behind and that is not a good idea on game day Saturday or Sunday. It’s not really that complicated and anyone can pull it off in about two minutes.
If you are using Internet Explorer you will have a lower case letter ‘e’ in blue with a golden halo, that’s their symbol. In the upper right hand corner of the page you will see the options Page, Safety & Tools. Click on Tools and you will get a pop up box to select from. Move your cursor all the way to the bottom of the box and click on Internet Options and another box will come up.
The first part here is about your home page and that should already be set. The second part says Browsing History. First select Delete browsing history on exit then click on Delete. Another box will come up. Here you will have to select what it is that you want to be deleted at the end of each browsing session.
The first selection is Preserve Favorites website data. You probably want to leave this one unchecked so that you can keep you favorites at hand. Most of the rest can be deleted Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History especially.
Form data you can probably do without also but you may want to uncheck Passwords if you don’t want to have to provide them each time you log on. Be sure to click on InPrivate Filtering data. Double check your selections and click on the box at the bottom that says Delete and you’re done. That’s all there is to it!
